With Inspirer, patients have access to their home exercise programInspirer is a mobile application offered free of charge to patients of the Inspirer Rehabilitation Center.
Its technological platform allows the creation of individualized exercise programs adapted to each patient.
The exercises include an illustration, a description as well as the parameters of realization such as duration, number of series, number of repetitions, resistance and pause time.
The exercises are grouped by categories: warm-up, cardiovascular exercises, muscular exercises, stretching and relaxation.
Inspirer also offers a calendar to track previous workouts in order to optimize training management.
The Inspirer application allows for quick feedback on the exercises.
The patient can write a comment following an exercise that would be more problematic or write a general comment following his training so that the kinesiologist can follow up.
